The official weigh-in has taken place - so now there's no way out for me!
After the talking scales announced "one at a time please" I switched to a normal set which produced the result...
15 stones 4 pounds
Every one else had a try to make sure they were weighing accurately - and sadly they were.
Now for a breakfast of fruit, oatcakes with almond nut butter, apple and mango juice, and lots of water.
If anyone has any breakfast menu suggestions then I'd be pleased to receive them.
Egg & Sausage mcmuffin from McDonalds are always a good breakfast, if you have a single it has less calories than a double one! Or you could be boring and have muesli but it doesn't come with a free hash brown!

ReplyDeleteFor those who have asked (hehe) for lunch he had mackeral granary sandwich with a mixed salad, and tea stew with loads of veg, mmmmmm!!
Leon has managed to loose a good amount of weight over the last year mainly by adding salad to his plate first at lunch time (so it looks fuller quicker!) and by eating fruit whenever he maybe hungry! (we also downsized the size of our evening meal plates - which ment that smaller portions didn't actually look smaller and it looked like i was eating more?! Good luck Tiff it's hard work but the smiles will be worth it!
